Read in the WSJ yesterday that Joanna Rosa who is 80 years old has give her collection of quilts from 1957 to the American Folk Art Museum. Her 1300 quilts display It will be called " Infinite Variety: Three Centuries of Red & White Quilts. It will be at the Park Avenue Armory beginning next Friday and ending March 30 and it will be the largest textile exhibition ever presented in New York City. Wow how I wish I could go and see them.

I think she's only exhibiting 650 at the show. But who's counting?
The show, btw, is free admission.
There happens to a be a lot going on quilt-wise in NYC that weekend, so if you're inclined to make a trip, it will be worth the travel expense.
