Thread: Anyone going to the NW Quilt Expo in Portland, OR?

The NW Quilt Expo is coming Sept. 23-25. Anyone planning to go? I'll be there on Saturday (25th). Would love to get together for a cup of coffee.

Yes, too bad you're so far away. I was in TX earlier this summer. I have family there, but I couldn't live there - too hot for me!

I am planing on going - thinking of taking the OBW class on the 23rd and maybe another class on 24th or 25th - haven't decided yet.

I hope to go.... Just know it would be great fun. I am going to a doll show in Portland this Saturday. Antique dolls are my one weakness...

I'm taking the "Thread Therapy" class on Saturday, 12:30-2:15. I'd hoped to treat myself to the box lunch lecture, but the time conflicts with the class. I don't know much about thread, so I'm sure the class will be very useful.

Ooopsie! I can't go to the expo on that date! I'm so sad...

i'm thinking of going. I want to see the Superior Thread demo at 12:30pm. Seems like things keep coming up that fill my calendar up, but unless it's an emergency, I'm going.
