Default Anyone in S. Fla / Keys area familiar with WoofStock?

I believe this will be the second one to be held mid-March. Sponsored by animal rescue group(s). From the internet info seems to be a lot of venders with pet stuff -- of course rescue groups with animals available. But also almost non-stop musical entertainment. My friend and I plan to attend, I have never been to the keys and it seems like a nice trip (even if just for the music and the scenery)

This is held in Islamorado. Have been looking for lodging in the area but seems hard to find something at what I consider to be a reasonable price.

Would love to hear if anyone went last year. Would also love to know if anyone has any suggestions for rooms (probably 2 nights) at moderate cost.

Don't know any thing about the event in your area, but we have one in Kalamazoo, Michigan and it is always well attended and just a hoot! What a time for dogs and those who love them. I happen to be a cat person but I can appreciate a day dedicated to the woofs is folks lives. Go! Have fun and of course take your four legged pal.

I live in Key West. I don't know the exaact date and place but I can tell you that we are in "season" and lodging will be expensive.

It will be March 16 (saturday) I hope the cost doesn't prevent me from going

Atlanta has a Woofstock too....and it's great fun. My only issue is that the music is too loud for the dogs!

There is no such thing as a moderate room price in the Keys. I am here for the winter and especially this time of year, every thing is posted no vacancys, so doubt you would find any thing except the high end price and they are few and far between. But good luck and expect to pay for the beauty down here.
