    My daughter in law to be (fingers crossed) is from Good Harbor, WA in Puget Sound! They live in Salt Lake City and cant figure out where to marry....In WA, SLC or here in Northern MI....I told them all 3 places, and she said with a huge grin..."Does that mean 3 of your quilts?"...I think she is marrying him for my quilts...lol!

    And yes,,,,it looks ABSOLUTELY lovely...a beautiful escape...but they would eventually kick us out...and I would have another unfinished project...I would have spent the time lolly gagging in the hottub, watching the scenery...LOL

    Oh, I am going to be so ready for a place like this after my daughter's wedding. Unfortunately, you couldn't get any further away from me in the continental US if you tried. Clear across the country, diagonally!

    Oh, Bainbridge Island is gorgeous. When we lived in Seattle, we'd occassionally go there on a ferry and just loved that area. Lots of qullt shops in the PNW. If anyone can join you, it would be such a stellar experience.

    Hey Jackie! I'll be there soon. Have plane res. for next week, but may have to delay a week or two!
    I grew up not more that 12 miles from there and it will always be home in my heart! I have lots of quilty friends from WA who might like to join in! Have you checked on prices or been there? I also know of another great place in WA that you might like to consider!
