I received a message stating that the site is changing e-mail providers and that we should go to Quilting @ lifestyle.ibemail.com and put on our safe sender list. I hate to say it but I don't know where to find the safe sender list. I am not to savvy when it comes to computers. Can someone help me? Also, I did not get my e-mail today, 3/18, and think that maybe changing e-mail providers may have something to do with it.

I just sent the email to [email protected] and ask be put on safe sender list. I didn't know what else to say. Don't know if that will work or not. Thought I would try.

OK, I'm lost, what is a safe sender list? My email contact list?

I didn't get the email, but I think it wants YOU to put that email address on YOUR safe sender list in your email options (on yahoo or gmail or aol or outlook or wherever you manage your mail).

Basically what that does is allow emails originating from that address to go directly into your Inbox, not straight to your Spam folder.

As they'll probably be sending out the email to hundreds (if not thousands) of recipients, your ISP has no way of knowing if it's SPAM or not.

By putting them on your safe sender list (or whatever your email system calls it), it just tells the ISP that you know it's okay to receive it in your Inbox.

Or not (as I haven't seen the email).

Mine is under the Junk E-Mail options. Look for your whitelist or blacklist. I am using the Outlook Express (Windows Mail).

Mine calls it the "contacts". You would go into your list and add that email address to it.
