Kingwood (Houston) Quilt Show THIS Weekend (April 19-20, 2013)
Here is the information I found for this...anyone going? The "theme" this year is "The Quilted Forest"
KAQG takes over the Humble Civic Center every two years and turns it into a wonderland of quilts. The quilt show will take place on Friday, April 19 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, April 20 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The live auction will start at 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 20.
The event will include a live auction, which will include large quilts and gift items.
Tickets are $10 per person, $7 for ages 65 and older and free for ages 12 and younger.
The event will be held at Humble Civic Center, 8233 Will Clayton Parkway, Humble.
Hours:
April 19, 2013 9 am - 5 pm
April 20, 2013 9 am - 3 pm
