I'm going to be spending a week helping my daughter move from Livingston to her new home in Mazomanie Wi. and would like to find some new quilt shops in the area to explore-I've been to Spring Green and Platteville-can anyone give me a heads up on others to check out?

Mill House Quilts in Waunakee is a really neat store - and if you don't mind heading a little farther, JJ Stitches in Sun Prairie is awesome if you like traditionals and primitives. Have fun!

Backyard Quilts in Ft. Atkinson has been, for me, a really good experience. Helpful, friendly, nice displays, great fabrics. Tho it's been a few years, I found many incentives to buy more than anticipated - of course.

Quintessinential Quilts in Reedsburg. It is a huge old house , full of fabric and quilts hanging on the walls. It is awesome. My 4 year old GS was very impressed too.

There's one in Lodi on the Main street. Can't remember the name but it's a very nice store with a great selection. There is one in Baraboo on the square but I never go there because it smells like a litter box :P Mazo is very near Sauk City. The ACE Hardware in Sauk has an isle of fabric and the Walmart in Baraboo still has a fabric section.

I think Olive Juice in Onalaska is a neat shop. It's kind of hard to find tho.
