Take I10 to Boerne and take the Hwy 46 exit. Turn left on Hwy 46, towards Bandera. Go 9 miles. Turn right onto Madrona Ranch Road. Entrance to Honey Hill Retreat Quilt Center is one mile down the road. The entrance is on the right and it will be marked. Address is 918 Madrona Ranch Road.
