Just read in the local newspaper that The Great American Quilt Factory is closing their doors effective March 19th. I have always wanted to go, so am jumping in my car and going today. Not connected with them.

Last time I was in Denver, not quite 2 years ago I really wanted to go there. But I ran out of time. I guess I will never get to visit the store!

was one of my favorite haunts. Great store, LOTS of batiks. Very nice people. Just breaks my heart to see them close. Tomorrows Heirlooms closed but has reopened. I haven't been by to see the new store.
