There will be an extravagant show of 650 (not a typo!) of
red-and-white only quilts at the Armory in NYC. From a private collector with free admission. So plan ahead. I have a comfy couch!

Is there a date or week or month to go along with this info. I would love to come see the show.
My son travels to NYC every day so I have a ride ready to go.

The show at the Folk Art Museum is on until March, then there is part 2. There are 30 amazing quilts. You might want to plan ahead for Nov 2, when there is a "closer look" lecture. There is a decent cafe there . I am thinking of organizing an early dinner at nearby Empanada Mamas if people are interested. Another show is the red-and-white show at the Armory, in March. I'll post the specific dates in the events section... Have you been to City Quilter? Let me know if you want a playdate!!
