Are any of you in the east valley members of 'open membership' guilds, or even just relaxed 'stitch & b*tch' groups? I live in AJ, & I'm looking for a group to get together with, even if only once a month or so.

Me too!! Hi there...I'd certainly be interested and know a couple of other women who would be as well. Maybe we form our own group ;)

Ooh, I see furbabies! :) I've got cats, dogs & kids, and a mess of a house! lol

Well, I'd be up for getting a casual group together once a month or so. Not sure I want to try to coordinate tho ;)

I don't care if it's a 'meet at a quilt shop', 'rotate through homes/rec halls', or even just coffee at a restaurant.

Hi! I am in Mesa, close to Apache Junction area. Would not mind a get-together! As my Mother used to say "it would be good for you to get out and play with other kids" lol....
I know....my Avatar shows Albuquerque...but I recently moved from there, tried to change my profile and it hasn't changed yet...go figure...

How about meeting at Old Country Buffet, Power & Southern (by Superstition Springs Mall), at least for our first get together. Im game for meeting soon, how about next Saturday at 9 or 10AM?

I think this is a great idea! My hubby gets home from his business trip to England on Friday, so for his sake I'll be bringing the baby, unless people have a problem with this? Suebee- you met him at the quilt show in Jan.
