Default Pomona Quilt Show this weekend

So disappointed in the show the building they used was small maybe 4 rows of vendors. They were clothing, jewelry booths too which meant less quilting booths. We were thru in 3 hrs. Thats the shortest for me ever.

Thanks for the information - I considered driving up but my daughter had to borrow my car so she would go to work, now I don't feel that I missed anything.

I went, but they wanted $10.00 for parking at gate 17. That show has never been a really good one, so I said thanks anyway and made a U turn. But decided I really wanted to see if they had a ruler I was looking for. I went into gate one instead of gate 17 and parked by administration bldg. for free. It was the worst show I have been to. So much unrelated to quilting. I made it through in less than 1 1/2 hrs. So glad I didn't spend the $10.00

I have not been to that one in years, it was never that great to begin with ... I think the promoters need to hear the negative feedback so that they turn this around if they want more people to come to this 'quilt show' ...

Wow, I am surprised that you were there that LONG ... 3 hrs ... you must have walked slowly and really looked at all the vendors stuff!

Didn't know about the other gate have to remember that. I did pay the 10.00. The only good thing I came away with was handbag made in Indonesia by the local people a little pricey but they really need the money because of the Tusami, and what I liked about the bag a lot of stipling and filler stitches all around the purse.

When you are there with someone else it slows you down - different interests if you know what I mean.
