I will spend some time working in the "Quilts Beyond Borders" booth - definitely on Friday afternoon. Please stop in and say hello. Hopefully, I can encourage you to participate in making quilts for orphans around the world. LakerC

Haven't decided yet. Have been super busy helping friends get ready for Market and Festival. I feel really burned out already and it's not even here yet.

Everyone, please stop in at this booth! I met these ladies last year, and signed up to make quilts for them. I'm bringing them to their booth at the festival.

Not only are they very nice folks, they do awesome work! They have photos of the kids getting their quilts -- it's happy and sad to see how thrilled they are to have something of their own.

They're not picky about the finished product (other than size requirements) and accept tops, finished quilts, donations of fabric, batting and cash.

I am told, it's in the charity area, facing the fron of the building, next to the Alzheimer's booth, sorry I don't have a booth #, hopefully there will be a directory!

See you Bag Lady,

Karen
