I have organized another meet and greet and it will be Friday, October 28, 2011 during the Quilt Show in Westfield, Indiana.

This will be my 6th Meet and Greet that I have organized so far.

If you would like to join us please send me a private message so I can explain to you where we will be meeting at the show and also give you my cell phone #.

Westfield Middle School is located at 345 W Hoo-ver St, Westfield, IN, near the intersection of US 31 and 181st Street.

Vendors will be at the show

the Quilter’s Guild of Indianapolis presents its biennial quilt show on October 28 and 29, 2011 at Westfield Middle School. Hours are 10am – 5pm both days. Admission is $7.00. Children under 12 are admitted free. The 2011 Show theme is ―A Quilters Journey and this special challenge competition invites members to sub-mit quilts that interpret ―A Favorite Trip . Contemporary to traditional, bed quilts to baby quilts, art quilts to wear-ables, over 400 items will be on display. Check Quilt Guild’s website (http://www.quiltguildindy.net) for view of this year’s raffle quilt. Saturday will feature an auction of small quilts that have been made and donated by guild mem-bers. Appraisals, lectures and demonstrations will be given on both days. There will be a vendor area, with booths representing fabric stores, sewing machines and craft suppliers. Ok, I have got some private messages and going to have fun meeting all of you and more of you can still come.

Be sure to pin a piece of fabric to your top so we know you are a member of the Quilting Board.

We will be meeting at the quilt show (will let you know exact location to meet at the quilt show by private message)

Some of us afterwards will be going out for supper and you are all welcome to join us if you like.

P.S. I will be planning more meet and greets in the future in the Noblesville, Indianapolis area so we can meet more quilting board members. Also other locations in Indiana.

So far I have set up 5 meet and greets in Indiana (I have met lots of nice members and some have traveled from other states to visit all of us at the meet and greets.

Everyone is welcome to attend the meet and greets that I set up.

Also I am working on setting up some sew days at the library in Noblesville, Indiana so we can sew all day and out for lunch.

Just send me a private message to let me know what areas of the state of Indiana you would like to set up meet and greets so we can plan more of them.

I know you should of waited to go to Florida after the big quilt show, thanks again for the private message and will see you around Christmas in Indiana so we can meet for lunch and go shopping

If anyone else wants to meet us we are all meeting in the food court at the quilt show at 10:30 am and also 1:30 pm. Also you are invited to go out for supper with all of us.

I will have 2 strips of fabric, one with stars and a dark blue with sparkles and Quilt Board written on it.
