April 13 and 14 in the Fine Arts Bldg at the Four States Fair Ground starting at 9:00 a.m. Quilts for show and for sale.

I'm sorry, Country1. It's in Texarkana, Arkansas.
And it includes Miller Country in Arkansas and Bowie County in Texas. Texarkana stradles Arkansas and Texas.
