I'm going to be in the Greenville, SC area over the weekend of July 17 and 18 and I was wondering if there are any quilt shops there. Thanks for your help!

When I lived in Taylors, SC I got to know Judy just as she was begininning her sewing machine shop. I enjoy visiting and helping her and Tim, her husband. He does excellent machine servicing.
At the time she sold Pfaff and Elna. Her classes were always a great learning process. Judy has artistic ideas. After I moved from the area she added fabric, I visit every time I am in the area.

Thank you jbj137! We don't have Hancock's here in PA, but it often is mentionned here on the board. I will try to get to it. I've been to Greenville before and have been near the Olive Garden.

There is a nice shop in Inman, SC. It's maybe about 30 miles from Greenville. I believe it's called the Inman Quilt Cottage.

Will you be going near Charlotte NC. Don't forget Mary Jo's near Charlotte I-85.

Is cloth world still down that way? Mom and I used to go there when we were going to pick up people from the greenville spartenberg airport.

How was your trip to Greenville, SC?

My husband and I had a great time visiting our daughter! Our time was limited due to her work schedule and an event that we all attended Saturday night. We did have some good time with her on Sunday just talking about important but very happy future plans! I did not have time to find the quilt shops like I thought I would though. Oh well. We're not complete strangers to Greenville. We'll probably get down that way again sometime! Thanks for asking, Sewgull!
