There is the Quilted Apple. I saw that on a quilt show once and it looked really nice. I plan to go there one day.

You should head north to the cooler part of AZ. We are currently having a "Beat the Heat" Shop Hop. There are 7 quilt stores participating with raffles, discounts on what you purchase and a grand prize raffle. Three stores are in Prescott Valley, one in Williams, Flagstaff, Sedona and Cottonwood. I am going to all tomorrow!!! Can't wait. All stores participating are awesome.

I like Zoe's trunk and it's in Chandler. There is the 35th Sew and Vac that's great (I think they have 3 stores?). I would look up places on the internet (yellowpages.com, dexknows.com). I go to Phx area in the winter to visit a quilting friend and we enjoy checking out shops we hear about from others in her housing development.
