I'm visiting my sister-in-law for New Year and I was wandering if anyone knows of a good quilting shop near Upland, California? I want to by a few things even if I'm not the greatest quilter. I will also be shopping at JoAnn's but I thing a quilting store is much better

Many thanks Dreamer 2009, I pirnt out the list and look them up, I'll be down in Upland for 5 days, so I have some free time for shopping

Ginger\'s Quilt Shoppe!! What a great shop. A must if you are in Upland. The staff is friendly and helpful, the owners are the best. Can't say enough about this beautiful shop. A great example of what we would love for all quilt shops to be.

I second or third Gingers. It's a ways from me, but well worth going to. Lots of variety and a LOT of patterns.

Thanks Verna, too bad I can't stay longer because I'd like to meet you all, but as I'll be touring my husband's family, I won't have much time left for myself except some shopping escapes

Don't miss going to 'Fabric Patch' in Montclair, CA. It is on Arrow Hwy just a block off Central Avenue. It is a fantastic store with the greatest staff you could ever meet. They also have a web site, so look them up if you like. Enjoy your visit.
