"Diamond Tulip" & "Grr, Grr" toddler quilts
#1
"Diamond Tulips" was a UFO from a guild BOM design of 2009.
"Grr, Grr" is a design I saw on this board. The title is because my grand nephew is always playing he is a big cat. Everything for this quilt came from my stash.

Both are fantastic.
You have answered my mental wondering about animal fabric, "what in the world do they DO with it?" Now I know. Totally cool.
Re the tulip, I *love* how that plaid contains all the colors, but is so understated it retreats into a background. Nice Job!

The animal print I had just enough for it. I think I have 1 square leftover.
