Default Attic Windows Car Seat Blanket

A co-worker just had a baby and commented that he and his wife couldn't figure out how to keep the baby's blanket in place in the car seat. I remembered seeing a pattern online that had ties sewn to the sides so that the blanket could be anchored, and combined that with my favorite I Spy Through Attic Windows pattern. The blanket has batting and the backing is fleece because we're in Minnesota.

So pretty! I love attic windows! What are the finished dimensions of the quilt?

The original pattern which is called "Sophie's Car Seat Blanket" is 25" x 35" with ties at the 10" mark. I ended up with 32" x 36" for mine.

Great idea. I have made the attic window patter and like it but never thought about using I Spy fabric.
