Default Finished Charity UFO

This the quilt that I finished today by sewing the binding with my Featherweight, couldn't get it to download earlier today. Trying to learn the download process.

Love the color choices. Even the binding is just right. Love this one!

Very pretty quilt and will make someone happy, warm and comfortable. So nice to have a finish to share with those who are in need. Glad you learned to post a picture-I need to do that.

Wonderful finish...I use that pattern often for kids quilts since you can use a focus fabric for the larger square and it goes together quickly. It took me a many tries to posting photos successfully. Great charity quilt.

Thanks everyone for such pleasant complements.

JaneQuilter, I've had that binding made up for more years than the quilt was waiting to be finished. It's the Kansas Jayhawker motif.

Quilterpurpledog, I've been trying to learn the process for a year, now. My DGD, has tried to walk me through the process three times (just a little thick headed).

jmoore, my cousin (the longarmer), another quilting friend and myself work the quilts using this pattern, all the time. We donate to the children's hospital and battered shelters here locally. The first three years we started we donated over 500 quilts.

Guess I better get started for the day, trying to make up time, a few weeks ago all my machines weren't functioning so now back in operation. Better get at it.

Have a productive day everyone

It's lovely. It's always nice to finish a UFO!
