I love, love, love hexie's. I have a question though for anyone who has any thoughts about this. My hexie's are heavily starched and hand sew and appear to lay very nicely until I take the paper/card stock out and then they don't lay so flat anymore. Does this happen because of all of the bias cuts? Or, are mine the only ones that don't lay flat after they're sewn together and the paper is removed?

They are 1.5 inches. The diamonds are also 1.5 inches.
