Well as you all know I am fairly new on this forum and am learning how to post pictures. My sister too is addicted to this forum, and I live in TN and she lives in Colorado. She wanted me to post a picture of my quilt that I am currently working on (with about 100 other things). It is taking me forever because I am hand quilting, and I am a novice. So here goes and I hope the pictures come through.

That 30's fabric is so special! I love anything made with it. You have some very nice blocks in this quilt .. good job on the quilting too!

I have a small stash of 30's fabric I have begun collecting for something too ... I just have to figure out what! LoL! Do you want to quilt mine when it is finished??? It looks like you are really getting the hang of that hand quilting fast! (j'kg)

Your quilt is stunning. Like the scrappy 30's look.

Thank you all for your warm comments. I never realized until now how drawn I was to that fabric......I have 2 more quilts ready to put together.......from you guessed it.......1930's fabric......Maybe I am getting too much hung on that..........reminds me of granny and her love of quilting. Those times were my favorite summers growing up. In the summer we would go to North Carolina to the farm, and I guess that is when my love for quilting and the country life started.
