    1930's Scrappy String Star Quilt

My mom was born in 1930 and she wants a new quilt to put over her bed. The amish quilt that I bought her she says is too dark and she wants something lighter. So this is what she is getting for Christmas. Finished it up during a boring Denver Bronco game.

Beautiful quilt. Maybe I will use my 30s repro fabric like this. A great idea.
