These are the 1st time I did feathers on my LA. Don't look to close, remember this is a first for me. I have never put satin binding on a quilt before but this is going to my sister's DGD. I asked her what she like most about an old blanket she had and she said pointed to the satin binding and said it feels so nice on her cheek. So I put it on for her.

very very pretty, great quilting and love the idea of satin binding, I had fogotten how soft it feels.
