I embroidered these panels over 20 years ago and always wanted to make a quilt for my bed. I finally found the courage and fabric to get it done. It's my first real serious quilt, I'm no professional by any means so please be gentle.

I really enjoy looking at quilts that use embroidery, and hope to make one someday. You did such a nice job, and now you've got one under your belt!

Baby steps....or should I say Baby Quilts. I saw a pattern for 3D Pinwheels, I'm including a picture. I think I'd like to try a quilt with this design. I used some scraps from "my" quilt to make a trial block.

Love the pinwheel look. Love your finished quilt. The color of the sashing and corner stones really set it off.
