It is truely a moving quilt! My family has a long history of volunteer firefighters in it and I know any one of them would love a quilt such as yours. You did a beautiful job!!!!

Very nice quilt. A shame it wasn't quilted, it would have brought much more money.

I wish I was a 'quilter' & could have quilted it, but I'm not. I'm retired & basically new to quilting. I spent around $100. on fabrics, pellons, etc & that's my donation, along with 3 solid weeks of time.Maybe I need to find others in the area that would quilt for free to donate next year. My Aunt & others met at our church for as many years as I can remember..all their quilts were tied/knotted.Their quilts were beautiful & appreciated, so I did not have a problem tying this one.To me, it feels like love. Real quilting would have been beautiful! I have to work on that. Thanks for your critique.
