Default 2nd Lap Quilt for BF's DH's Birthday

Of course, his birthday came and went before I got it done! I think I should've made the blocks a little smaller as it worked up into a LARGE lap quilt. I told them it was made for cuddling! The pattern is "Tradewinds" by Georgette Dell'Orco. I used Hoffman Stonehenge Woodlands fabrics foir the blocks and a Jinny Beyer fabric for the border and pieced back. I used a Superior variegated thread for the blocks and solid brown for the piano key border.

Oh dear - I hope the quilt police aren't here! Just saw I missed sewing a piano key to the right of the label. Oh well, TOO LATE NOW!

Really very, very nice. I, personally, like large quilts. The more to wrap up in!
