I just couldn't wait to show this to you guys -- and say a big THANK YOU to whoever posted the tut on these 3D Pinwheels! So easy - made the top in an afternoon. Thanks so much!

Yes, I love this 3-D effect - but aren't you going to have a hard time quilting around the raised part? Machine quilted or hand quilted?

I'm leaning toward a meander around the raised pinwheels...and will do it on my sewing machine, not my Bailey mid-arm. I think it will quilt easily!
