Cool 3D Cubes - WOW looks so much better on the bed than the floor!

I posted a picture of this quilt earlier in the week and then realized I needed to add 2 more columns to the quilt to make sure it hung over the sides properly. I took these pictures of it on the bed and I was pleasantly surprised at how it looked! Didn't find the pattern on the link -- ?? Do you have to click on the top left box to download the PDF? It appeared to be an advertisement.

Your quilt is just beautiful. Do you applique the cubes after they're assembled? You did a very nice job on it.
