Well, I have been learning the Viking Designer 1 this month (one of my new years resolutions--have had it for almost 2 years & never turned on!)...UFO's are actually GOOD to have around once in awhile, never thought I'd ever say that! So I finished 4 tablerunners & a quilt that have been hanging around since early last year; they just needed quilting & binding. Also, doing piecing on it produced a brand new project & I actually finished it too! :) It is the picture wallhanging. This machine is so totally different than my Janome 9000 (my trusty workhorse), but I find I like several things about it that the 9000 doesn't have (ie: threadcutter, automatic pivot lifting of the foot). I've been having fun & accomplishing something at the same time! Here are some pics.

What beautiful projects! Glad you're enjoying your newer machine now. I know some can be pretty intimidating at first.
