I made the template 1-1/2" on each corner with the / at the top. I like the way it turned out....should I use those borders???

the blue border...outer one is a lot prettier than it looks LOL...

Oh, and I like the contrast of the yellow border.

Love the top, but neither of those borders. I'd try to choose something that is close to one of the fabrics already in the top. JMHO

Heres a picture....I just kinda guessed at the measurements, I think it is a very forgiving pattern.
