Default Just finished!

It's taken me two days of on-and-off (mostly on) sewing to get it done. It's got some beginner quilter issues, but this is the largest (56" x 60") and most complicated (i.e., not either all squares or all rectangles) quilt I've ever done, and on the whole, I'm pleased.

The pattern is called Garden Windows, but maybe my version should be The Aquarium. I'll take it to my LQS tomorrow on the way to work, and see if their longarm person will be interested in doing it. I have NO idea what all is involved with longarm quilting by someone else, but I'm about to find out! I thought about doing it myself, but I've only barely mastered straight-line quilting, and I'd like waves and watery ripples for this.

Sorry about the weird angle for the photos-it's on the dining room floor and I'm on a stool. My usual quilt-holder-upper is fishing in the Keys, so this was the best I could manage. The colors are actually pretty true though.
