9P Hourglass Scrappy
This quilt was a challenge! I had the 7th row sewn on and took it off thinking it would make it too long. Later I wished I would've left it on. Then I skipped a block on 6 rows; had to remove the last block, sew the missing block on; then add the last block again. The seam ripper came in handy! All points needed to match well. Other than that, I love the way it turned out!
One block has my son's pair of pants when he was 2 years old (the dark pink block in the center of the quilt has his black and white checked fabric in). I barely had enough fabric for the 4 squares. It is a special quilt to me! Hope you are inspired! It's 60x72.
