These are adorable and unique! How much for a set; wish to donate them to the Mamye Clayton Library and Museum in Los Angeles, California. They are cataloging the late founders, Ms. Clayton's and her late son Avery's collection of all things African-American. They have only 2-3 quilts and no garments made by African-Americans. Both persons spent over 40 years collecting these items, and once the Museum is officially opened, it promises to be the largest collection of it's type in the Western United States. If any of you reader's are interested in donating quilts and/or garments, please email me. I'll email you specifics on whom to contact and/or
how to send donations at the Museum.

Also forgot the mention, the Museum will accept all types of media about or written by African-Americans: books, newspapers, magazines, historical pictures, art works, audio works, old vintage records, etc. I am a volunteer at the Museum and want to see Mayme and her son Avery's life work come to fruition. For more on Avery Clayton and the museum, go to PBS.org and click on History Detectives or input his name. There is a video of Avery being interviewed by Russ Cowan. Also, the Automobile Club of America (California) featured Avery in one of it's magazines within the last 7 months. Unfortunately, I donated all issues I could beg upon to the museum and don't remember the exact month in which the article was written.
