Default ahoy!

Another charity quilt for a boy with a pirate theme. An angel on the board, who saw that I try to make boy quilts because we have so much floral stuff in our group, sent me a box of boy fabrics. This is the first one completed using scraps of solids I had. I have enough fabric for quite a few more! Thanks April, it was really appreciated. (I am so sorry, A, I deleted all my PMs and can't remember your board name.) But she is a pediatric nurse so knows how much these charity quilts are appreciated.

Wow, so nice of April to send you the fabric, and so nice of you to make the charity quilts. Keep up the good work. The pirate theme is so fun for a boy. Peggy

Ah ha, hope you'd see the post! Spiderman is in the works as we speak - fussy cut the big Sipeys into 8-1/2" blocks. Digging around in my "block box" for 4-1/2" squares. I love scrappy quilts. Will probably have it posted Tuesday.
Thanks again, April. Enjoy your paper piecing!.
