Thread: All done apart from the label

Here is the finished quilt for Alyssa. Machine on the blink (again) so can´t do the label till I get the part (about a week). Think the batting I used was too thick and its a bit fluffy in places, its not perfect but its done.

Your quilt is so pretty - she will love it. The scallops and pink hearts make a nice finish.

thanks Donna, :D I just had to give hand quilting a try as I am useless at free motion, I can´t get to grips with it at all.

You did a BEAUTIFUL job! Your first attempt at hand quilting?! WOW! THat's really pretty. I LOVE the scalloped edges and the purple. I just like the whole thing. :D

It is just beautiful! I love the colors, the scalloped edges it is very pretty. I think Alyssa will be thrilled !! It will be her custom quilt and the puffiness makes it look that much more snuggly.
Every little girl should be so lucky :D
