I just finished a quilt for my granddaughter, Addison. I have 5 little granddaughters (ages 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 & 6!!) and am making a full size quilt for each of them. This is the 3rd one I have completed - 2 more to go!

I always embroider their name & my message on their quilts.

Beautiful...love your colors. Are they all the same colors for all 5 quilts? what pattern is this? I just had my 4th grandchild and she's a girl.....my grandkids are 6 - 4 - 19 months and 10 days

That is so awesome, do you do the embroidery after you do the quilting? I always make labels with a pic of that grandchild and I along with a special message.. This is gorgeous!!!

No - I haven't used the same colors on them - so far - they have all been different....

I embroider on the top before I put the quilt together - that way, it doesn't show on the back.

I have no pattern for this..... it was kind of a "do whatever" quilt!!! Seems like that works out the best for me!!!
