I made this pillow for mom while she was in the nursing home due to alzheimers. Thankfullly she was able to stay with me for a bit over 2 years b/4 she move to the home. I wanted to make somthing for her that would help to keep us kids in her mind as adults, and as children It was a conversation piece for her, and also showed her caregivers our family, as some of us were not in the immediate area and were not able to visit on a regular basis. Sorry the photos are not to clear, but I guess it was ment to be since mom's mind was not so clear by that time either. The pillow went with her on her final journey.

What a wonderful idea. And since it's "mom", it will stay in her room and not get borrowed by other residents.
