I have to agree with you, Givio @ #50. Those are the words in the article and that is what drew my interest. The block does indeed start with a large HST, just not made in the traditional way. I chuckled at this myself. It was a bit misleading and I am truely sorry for any unintentional confusion. In the end I did make get a quilt to share out of it.

Right now the quilt is 60" x 60". I am adding a few borders so it will finish at 70 or 75" square.
