Judee- I ended up with the poly batting again, can you believe neither Joann's or Wal-Mart had the cotton batting? Joann's had an 80/20, but I wasn't sure about it and I thought it was kind of expensive. Guess I'll have to watch for it to go on sale at Hancock's and make the 80 mile trip after it.
i've noticed that at my joann's the warm & natural battings are kept up near the home dec cutting table...don't know why, but the last few times I've needed batting, that's where they have them (and it's not because they were just cutting some!)

Pretty!

I prefer warm & natural batting and it's much easier for me to work with.

Great fabric choice. Isn't the Disappearing 9 patch fun.

Love it!! I can't wait to finish mine!! As for batting, I've used it all. It depends on the project as to which I like best. How is that for non-committed!! LOL!

Very nice, I too think it could look kinda like an eye chart  My preference on batting is the Warm & Natural all cotton batting. The bamboo batting looks pretty nice, but it's more expensive isn't it?

Ok, I've got the top done and the pinning done, it's time to quilt. Thanks for the input on batting everyone.
