I decided another purse was in order - too many thrift shop finds just crying to be made into something! I posted one I made from a wool jacket and corduroy pants - http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-106170-1.htm

This one is more "spring"y and better suited to a younger crowd perhaps...
Here is where it began (I wish I'd done this for the jacket and pants on the other one, but didn't think until I had already cut into them)...
and the result.

plaid skirt
