I love the primitive look your QAG quilts have. What method do you use for your QAG? I have been working with 12.5" squares, but would like to know how you do yours if you don't mind sharing?

I use Kaye Wood's 6 hour quilt method. Which is kind of strip piecing. There's a good youtube video ad a book. I have the book but it more like a pamphlet. I don't use a serger like she does though. This method does not require sashing at all.

I have three of these to do so am avoiding real patterns, because they take me forever to do. I have quite a bit of fabric I am trying to use, but still had to purchase solids. Seems like all I had was prints.

But it was fun buying new fabric.

Each time I see a QAYG, I get re-enthused about doing another one. Would be so nice to not have to pay to have one quilted by someone else. I like yours!
