It's embroidered!! I used the embroidery machine. It needs more quilting around the embroidery but I needed to gift it today so I had to go with what I did!! She loves it! Cried the whole time she hung it!! Only I saw what was wrong!! May fix at a later date or wait for next Grand child! Lol
