Default trying to identify if this is a quilting loom

trying to identify if this is a quilting frame and if so how to assemble it and what type of frame it is. It was given to me and the family only "thought" it might be a quilting frame

The vertical pieces definitely look like those of a quilting frame I have, but the horizontal bars I'm not so sure about. A picture of them lying on the floor might help. Also can you photograph the vertical piece from the side so i can see the tops better?

Yes, it is definitely a frame...you would need to screw the long pieces together which will hold the quilt. Those pieces then fit in the gap where the black knobs tighten them in. It works for hand quilting very well.
