Just finished up a Bella Bella Venice Rose for a 9/11 church fundraiser auction, hence the red white and blue. First time for the paper piecing technique for me, the annoying part of this pattern is removing all the paper pieces after it's pieced, grrr. Any suggestions on quilting it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for looking and have a wonderful day quilting!

Oh WOW. It almost has an M. C. Escher quality to it, the way the 3D perspective changes as your eyes move around. That's really beautiful.

I think quilting in lines parallel to the long edges of the blue and red would highlight the movement, and maybe some dense stippling in the medallion around the eagle and flag.
