This was given to me by my sister-in-law on a recent trip to Florida and it is entirely hand made. It appears to be old clothing cut up and is in very good shape. Too bad there is no name or date to credit to.

Very nice. A date estimate could possibly be made based on the fabrics and dyes used in the fabrics. Perhaps, your local museum could provide some assistance?

Is this the same sister-in-law who gave you the Featherweight? Can I be part of the family too? Nice quilt. Too bad you don't know anything about it but it was probably just made for every day use and the maker didn't think anyone would ever value it so she didn't label it. We know better now and a lot of us label even our most humble quilts in the hope that somebody will want to know whose work it was. At least I hope somebody will care someday.
