Thanks everyone... I'm looking forward to the cookie day with my girls. We did this last year and I think they ate more cookie dough than was cut into cookies but we had fun.

Next year I'll start sewing earlier so I can make matching ones for their moms and me too. I thought a new apron and a cookie cutter for them is what I'll start doing each year. That should give them a start for a cookie cutter colection....and alot of fun for all of us.
And yes I will post pictures of them in their aprons.

Those aprons are just too cute and what a great idea. Maybe a new apron ea year too :D That way they would have both cutters and apron collection started. Just have the one GD here, but that is a good idea for next year and the years to come. The GS's might like that too with a chef type apron for them :D

Hi Pam,

Your aprons, for the little ones, are so cute!! :) I am sure you will have a great time making cookies with them. You just inspired me to make an apron, for my 9 year old grand daughter, for next Christmas's cooking baking session. We always make our holiday cookies together!! :D

Thank you fo sharing,
Cheryl

Thanks ladies... The aprons and cookie cutters are wrapped and ready for Saturday. And yes Cheryl get that apron made and make a matching one for you too.

I made matching aprons for my 8 yrold GD and me for Thanksgiving and she loved it. She comes the night before and helps me cook.

Growing up my Mom made all 5 sisters aprons and we would make about 10 different kinds of cookies. You have brought back some great memories. Have a wonderful Saturday with your GD's.
