This wall hanging is taken from a photo that Hans (my DH) took on a visit to the seaside. It's raw edge pieced with freezer paper templates anf the beach hut section was paper pieced and machine appliqued on. The embellishments are all free motion machine quilted. It measures 9" x 23". Thanks for looking. :-D

The original photo - I used the middle section only.

Wonderful translation... and I love all the texture of the quilting: stones, grass, wood planks. Great work!
