I bought a yard of the blue floral asian print --I just loved it , but didn't know what I wanted to do with it . And didn't want to cut it up . So I decided to cut 12" blocks and make a few sampler blocks with it. This is just the top so far, because I am not sure what I want to put on the back yet.

Lovely! What a nice way to create your own pattern and use your focal fabric.

Wow- very pretty and unique! I would have thought you had a lot more than a yard into it. Very cool!!

Thank you everyone. It was one of those fabrics that are too pretty to cut. But I had it for 2 years and thought I'd better do something with it.
